Quesada Carpio is small family business of second generation. Juan Antonio y Teresa have a traditional drying in the “Sierra de Baza“ Natural Reserve (Granada, Andalucía, Spain). Quesada Carpio is a family-owned company devoted to the production of high-quality hams in a natural environment providing unique flavor & bouquet. A way to produce excellent for three varieties of hams (Landrace, Duroc and Iberian), three flavors for three special moments.
